Ok, check this out. Marc Da Cunha Lopes, a Paris based photographer has executed some really amazing work ranging from personal to commercial, editorial to simply odd . For example, in his series Vertebrata, large skeletons of animals are placed in urban environments devoid of people but referencing their existence. This work could easily be seen as a commentary on the nature of archaeology and how we humans leave our landscapes with skeletons of many different sorts.
If that’s not enough, take a look at some of his other photographic illustrations that are both dark yet humorous.
